Laboratory testing is performed independently by Quest Diagnostics or other accredited labs.

603 Health does not perform laboratory testing.

Your SimpleLabs purchase includes Quest Diagnostics' standard specimen collection fee, meaning:

Lab turnaround times (typically 3–5 business days) may vary. Results are delivered electronically when released by the laboratory.

Some states restrict practitioner-mediated or third-party-facilitated lab ordering.

New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island:

Orders may require additional steps, alternative processing, or may not be available. We notify users automatically if restrictions apply to their order.

  • A technical issue prevents requisition delivery
  • Services are not available in your state (determined after purchase)
