The Promotion begins on December 20, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on December 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").
To enter the Promotion, during the Promotion Period:

One (1) winner will receive complimentary access to the SimpleLabs Complete Hormone Optimization Panel, valued at $399 USD.
Prize provides access to laboratory testing services facilitated through SimpleLabs. Testing services are fulfilled by independent, CLIA-certified laboratories.
No cash value. No substitutions. Prize is non-transferable.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the Promotion end date. If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner will receive a unique redemption code or private link to access the awarded SimpleLabs panel. All testing is subject to eligibility requirements, informed consent, and applicable regulations.
