practitioner-paid laboratory services are not permitted. As a result:
- You will pay the full Service Coordination Fee as listed above
- Our clinical partner, Rupa Health, will send you a separate invoice for the laboratory testing costs prior to your blood draw
- You must pay Rupa Health directly for the lab panel before receiving your requisition
- SimpleLabs/603 Health Care Network LLC will refund you the lab panel cost portion from your Service Coordination Fee within 3-5 business days
Why is this necessary? State regulations require the patient to pay the laboratory directly,
rather than through a coordinating service. We process it this way to ensure compliance while still providing
you with our full SimpleLabs service and support.
